Tina Burner, who rose to international fame after appearing on RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 13, comes to the Hudson Valley in support of our programs and services! Electro Brunch is coming up on Sunday, March 12, 2023, at noon at The Academy HVNY. Our annual drag brunch raises funds for programs like HIV/AIDS prevention, harm reduction and emergency food pantries. We’ve partnered with Out Loud Hudson Valley to completely revamp our event, with a new venue and a much larger audience!

Great jumping catfish! Someone has snatched Lady Dubois’ cherished family jewels! Never fear, stripper sleuths Nasty Drew and That Harder Boy are on the case. Watch as they hunt for clues, ward off menacing suspects and loosen up a few buttons of their own on their search to find the dastardly diamond deviant.
Presented by Big Gay Hudson Valley and GayHudson.com, Nasty Drew & That Harder Boy: The Mystery of the Family Jewels is written and produced by Chris Harder (who you may remember from BGHV’s annual burlesque cabaret, HUNG With Care). This queer and campy “whodunit” play features some of NYC’s hottest names in burlesque, drag and circus performance.
The fifth annual DRAG BRUNCH returns on Sunday,March 20th with hostess TRIXIE STARR! Choose from a delicious German brunch menu and enjoy fun andgames from 11 am to 2 pm, special performances by JOJO GERARD, ANITA LAY, SONNY SHORES, and AVI MUNSTER, and music by SUPERIOR SOUNDS. Hi folks – we’re glad (and sad) to say that the third Drag Brunch at Gunk Haus on April 6th is now fully booked, with 85 people signed up to attend! Thanks to everyone who made their reservations with Dirk at the Gunk Haus, and we’re thrilled that everyone is so excited to see the antics of Trixie Starr, JoJo Gerard, Lilly Sa’Vage and Miss Pattie Lee.
However, we don’t like having to turn anyone away. If you missed snagging a reservation, you can add yourself to our waiting list by calling (914) 785-8277 or emailing us. If we receive any cancellations, we’ll fill them from the waiting list on a first-come, first-serve basis depending on the size of your party. (For example, if a party of 2 cancels, we’ll notify the next party of 2 on our list. If a party of 4 cancels, and the next 2 people on the waiting list ask for a party of 2, we’ll offer them the spots.) We will contact you if we have space for you by Saturday, April 5th at 5 pm.
