Overdose prevention outreach within Orange and Sullivan counties.
- Narcan & harm reduction education, training and supplies
- Linkages to care for people who use drugs
- One way transportation to inpatient treatment
This program is designed to:
• Improve access to care for people who use drugs in remote/rural areas of Orange and Sullivan counties
• Increase syringe access services in remote/rural areas of Orange and Sullivan counties
• Empower and strengthen autonomy in health care amongst people who use drugs through education and counseling
• Increase Naloxone distribution
Our staff can travel to you to provide services…wherever you are in Orange or Sullivan!
