About this Event
The Hairdressers’ Disco Ball & Fantasy Hair Show was conceived by Carla Ramos, a 35-year veteran of the beauty industry. Her inspiration came from L’Oreal’s Hairdressers Against AIDS campaign, and she contacted a number of salons where she had connections over the years to participate in a wild and wacky hair show. Last year’s event raised more than $16,000 for HVCS and drew a sell-out crowd of over 550 people. By moving to Villa Borghese for our third year we hope to serve our guests better, provide seating for everyone, and create a magical evening of fun, awe and creativity for the Hudson Valley.
