Parents & Family Members of LGBTQ Teens Support Group Beginning in Nov

The Guidance Center is sponsoring a new support group: ACCEPT (Accepting, Connecting, Celebrating, Empowering Parents & Teens). It will provide a safe space for families to share thoughts and feelings, to give and receive suppport, and to recognize families are not alone.
Who: Parents and their gay, lesbian, or bisexual child and other significant family members
What: eight 2-hour sessions
When: Wednesdays, 6:30 to 8:30 pm November 30, 2011 through January 18, 2012
Where: The LOFT, 252 Bryant Ave, White Plains NY
Cost: FREE!
